In 44 years of ministry, Mike served as lead pastor for seven years, substituted pulpit ministry for other pastors, and regularly taught adult Sunday school classes at his home church. He has ministered at retreats, spoken at eight overseas pastor's conferences, and has led numerous church Bible studies. Before pastoring, Mike served as an Elder at two Spirit-filled churches and a board member at four churches. In addition to teaching, earmarks of Mike's ministry include gifts of the Spirit and prayer for the sick. He has been married to his wife, Blair, for 50 years. They have six adult children and 15 grandchildren and live near Cincinnati, Ohio.
